Keachie is Head of Customer Operations at Monzo, he started at Monzo in April
2018. Glyn heads up Monzo's largest team which is constantly growing and
expanding to provide world class customer service to Monzo's customers.
previously worked for HSBC for 14 years with his final role being Operations
Director. Glyn specialises in creating customer focussed cultures where teams
have autonomy to make key decisions in improving customer experience. This
includes building CI models that have reduced customer contact through
increasing self service capability.
