Carl HynesHead of Omni-channel Strategy and Transformation
Carl joined Barclays in 1998, where he has undertaken a number of roles in IT, Marketing and Operations. He has led large teams as a Regional Director for Business Banking and Operations Director for Barclays Premier Banking and then for the Branch Network. More recently, Carl lead a large-scale transformation effort to optimise and automate Barlcays branches and create innovative new concept designs. In his current role as Head of Omni-channel Strategy Transformation, Carl is repsonsible for creating the high-level strategic vision and transformation roadmap for omni-channel capabilities and customer journeys. He has a passion for strategic thinking and innovative design, centred around customer needs and behaviours that seemlessly integrates technology, processes and people.
